Product Owner – Software & Digital Solutions – Lucerne / Hybrid

Our client is an established Swiss software company developing, implementing and operating specialist applications for Swiss public-sector organisations, with a particular focus on the social and healthcare sectors. Combining deep domain expertise with agile software development and high-quality standards, they are now looking for an experienced Product Owner to join their team.

As a Product Owner, you will act as the key link between customers and development teams, taking responsibility for successful project delivery while supporting the Scrum team throughout the development lifecycle. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs, advise on appropriate solutions and translate business requirements into clear, development-ready User Stories.

You will also take ownership of presenting completed features to customers, communicating releases and ensuring requirements remain aligned throughout the project. Alongside your Product Owner responsibilities, you will take on Project Management responsibilities, keeping a close eye on budgets, risks, timelines and overall project delivery, while regularly reporting on Time, Quality and Cost.

The successful Product Owner will have a university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a similar discipline, ideally combined with further training in Requirements Engineering or Business Analysis. You will have 3-5 years’ experience in Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering, experience working within agile software development environments and previous experience as a Scrum Product Owner. Excellent German and English are essential, while French or Italian would be advantageous.

Salary Range: CHF 100,000 – CHF 130,000
