2nd Line Support Engineer – Social Messaging Platform – London

(Tech stack: 2nd Line Support Engineer, SQL Server, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook, 1st, 3rd, Analyst, 2nd Line Support Engineer)

In 2012 our client launched a social messaging platform that has been taking the US by storm. After an extremely successful period our client has decided to hop across the Atlantic, in a bid to expand their sphere of influence and take up a firm foothold in the UK and European markets.

A number of new offices are being opened in the UK and our client is looking for talented, enthusiastic and passionate 2nd Line Support Engineer to support their product to these new markets and help enhance this already successful company!

These 2nd Line Support Engineer positions would be suitable for candidates with knowledge of some or all of the following: SQL Server, Jira, Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Word and Outlook. You might have acquired knowledge of these products in your current role or alternatively through a degree or IT course. Candidates without commercial experience are welcome to apply.

Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 + Bonus + Pension + Benefits
