React Native Developer – UK Social Media Company – Hybrid – London

My client is a cutting-edge UK based social media company located in the vibrant heart of London, and they’re on the hunt for a talented Lead Front End React Native Developer to join their innovative team.

My client platform provides a way to cut through the social media noise. Whilst powerful, social media platforms lack curation & personalisation making it overwhelming to navigate. My client’s social media platform allows people to engage with the latest news and expert views, discover, connect and collaborate, all in the palm of your hand whilst cutting out the noise of social media.

As a Lead React Native Developer you will be providing technical leadership for the frontend engineering team, mentoring other members of the team. Writing and maintaining frontend code across both our web and mobile platforms. Working closely with the Product, Design and Data Science teams. Setting standards for code quality and establishing best practice. Participating in code reviews, write automated tests. You will design and develop user interface components for JavaScript-based online and mobile apps. You’ll be working with colleagues from other platforms such as Android and iOS, to increase code reuse.

They are looking for Lead React Native Developer with experience in some or all of the following (full training will be provided to fill any gaps in your skill set): React Native, iOS, Android, HTML, CSS & JavaScript, iOS, Android, Redux, Jest, ES6 and Native APIs, Swift, Java, Kotlin, SQL, Heroku, AWS, Phyton, Django.
