Data Engineer – Remote

Our client is an exciting and cutting-edge technology giant with a global presence. They have been a market leader within the e-learning sector for many years and their worldwide client base has never been stronger, with significant growth in the last 12 months. They are looking for an architecturally minded data engineer with expert level Azure, SQL and Stored Procedures to join an exceptional core engineering team and deliver features across their SaaS platform and infrastructure.

We are seeking a Data Engineer who has advanced working knowledge of Azure, SQL and Stored Procedures, as well as experience with Azure Data Factory and C#. Exposure to PowerShell, Python or a similar scripting language is also required along with knowledge of transfer protocols like Restful API, HTTPS, SFTP and the different data formats involved like CSV, iDoc, XML, JSON.

There is a vast amount of knowledge and experience within the team to share with the right person, so the right attitude, cultural fit, collaboration, problem solving and communication skills are just as if not more important.
