Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilie your expertise in AWS, Tomcat, Linux, Gradle/Maven, NoSQL/SQL Data Stores, and Source Code Control Systems to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, ensuring successful and timely delivery of software projects.
  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative solutions into our projects.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in software development, with a focus on AWS, Tomcat, Linux, Gradle/Maven, NoSQL/SQL Data Stores, and Source Code Control Systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of developers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Location: Stockton-on-Tess, UK / Hybrid

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 + Bonus + Pension + Benefits
