The current talented testing team is committed to crafting innovative, high-quality software systems, and they’re looking for a QA Engineer to join the team.
As a QA Engineer, your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality and reliability of the software. You will play a pivotal role in automating the testing processes and integrating them seamlessly into the development pipeline. My client understands the importance of work-life balance and expect candidates to visit the Guildford office 4-6 times a year, ensuring that you remain well-connected with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback during design and development phases.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Git, CI/CD, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans, covering both functional and non-functional aspects of our software.
- Identify and report defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in test case reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Continuously improve and optimize testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance our testing practices.
Our client is looking for a passionate QA Engineer with experience in some or all of the following (full training will be provided to fill any gaps in your skill set): Automation, Git, CI/CD, Jenkins, Azure Devops, Jira, API Testing, Postman, Swagger, SQL.
